Questa è una delle torte salate che ho preparato per il 1 maggio! E' delizioso l'accostamento delle zucchine, delicate, a contrasto con lo speck croccante!

This is one of the quiche that I made for May 1st! It 'delicious the combination of zucchini, delicate, contrasting with the crispy bacon!
Ingredienti:
- 1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia tonda
- 4 zucchine
- 1 etto di speck
- 100 g di crescenza
- parmigiano reggiano
- 1 uovo

Ingredients:
- 1 roll of puff pastry round
- 4 courgettes
- 1 pound of bacon
- 100 g of crescenza
- parmesan
- 1 egg
- prepared for fry to taste.
Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices purposes. At this point, mash them in the pan with the preparation for frying (alternative: oil and chopped onion). Meanwhile, roll out the puff pastry and bucherellatela with a fork, put the dough in the bowl round, arrange the slices of bacon in order to cover the entire bottom and side edges of the pastry. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese. Once the zucchini are ready, arrange them on top of the bacon, then add the growth (I suggest you break it with your fingers), and then another layer of bacon.
If you forward the edges of the pastry, cut it into strips and decorated like a tart.
Beat an egg and, with a brush, pass on the edges and strips, in order to give the classic golden glow.
Bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
It should be served hot / warm.
