Taste of Spring
Hi Dears!So bene che è prestissimo, che l'inverno è appena iniziato e che il freddo e il gelo stanno per arrivare in Italia...anzi, in questi giorni dove la nebbia è densa come una zuppa di fagioli, almeno in Val Padana, pensare al calduccio, ai colori pastello e delicati della tarda primavera scalda il cuore!
Le feste sono appena passate e il sapore del pandoro è ancora presente, ma occorre iniziare a proiettarsi verso la bella stagione per motivarsi e iniziare una dieta e un pò di movimento! Quindi ragazze, ecco un assaggio della bella stagione! Tutte pronte per iniziare a mettersi in forma? Io no XD!
